After this first night in the Spacehouse, we (Tony) woke up early and finally got to see the house, surroundings and a sample of local wildlife.
Spacehouse Himalayas is designed by Joannas mother Inger – Swedish architect.
Here’s the gate to the property.
Our bedroom is here, on the ground floor to the right.
Behind the large windows is the kitchen/dinner place.
Our colleagues have rooms on the second floor with the balcony outside where you can see the stars through the holes in the ceiling.
As we had an afternoon siesta, some of the local wildlife decided to welcome us too!
It turned out though, that their main purpose was grabbing veggies from the garden and the gardener was soon trying to chase them off by barking loudly.
