It’s nice and sunny this morning. Today’s morning walk is pre-breakfast and it is reassuring to begin with confirming that the work space is ready and waiting for yet another work day.

After breakfast, it is time for Tony to find the right pieces in the wood pile, pieces that suits the templates for the various parts of the chair. Joanna is sourcing sticks of bamboo for her creations and one of the dogs is helping out by securing the perimeter regarding cats.

Some promising pieces was selected and Tony started to chisel away.

Benji the dog is keeping Hannelie company while she is making the fire to cook some more ink.
It starts to rain just when Hannelie is lighting the fire. In the pot, the oak leaves are being cooked.
Ned is deeply concentrated while his paintings are resting.
Emliy is busy making quilt number 2 – the tulip.
Joanna is braiding fishing line.
Today we will test if the sauna in Himalaya is up to par. 5 more minutes, the it’s time to enter.
Tony explained the importance of keeping the fluid balance in the body in check whilst in the sauna. Hence we took precautions!
Ned had the important duty of watering the heating unit in the sauna. This was carried out to perfection. The sauna in the Spacehouse get full marks! 5 out of 5!
Hannelie is having one of the delicious peanut cracky snacks after dinner while Ned is helping himself to several more.
Nidhi is wearing a bindi – a small red spot on the forehead – tonight, looking good!
There is some kind of bird that starts making this sound at 20:30 sharp every evening, when it is dark, and keeps going until about 4 in the morning. Tirelessly… There is a glimpse of it as it flies away when Tony gets too close.
