For Tony, today was leg day. During this part of the process, drilling the holes for the legs, there was a loud voice in Tony’s head, screaming “DO NOT FAIL HERE”. It turned out pretty good, though.

But only three was found. The first one may have to be included. We shall see…
Ned and Joanna helped Nidhi to make pakoras, so we know how to do them at home! Here we used aubergine and chick pea flour, and freshly picked mint from the garden for the chutney.Here Nidhi is frying the pakoras in mustard oil.For four o’clock tea, we had pakoras and paneers with a nice homemade chutney of tomatoes and garlic.A small heart on the wall where we just had pakoras.After the pakoras, we again went down to the workspace.Tony is plaining the second leg, while the cat Loulou is watching.
