Sunday morning started with a semi-early, pre-breakfast walk in the vicinity.

Myrica esculenta – Kaphal – Himalayan Bayberry.
A delicious little berry that grows in abundance in the woods in these parts.
Rubus Elipticus – Hinsalu – Yellow Himalayan Raspberry.
This one does as well, everywhere.
Callerebia nirmala – Common Argus.
There are lots of butterflies here as well. And finally here was one that waited for me to get ready.

Breakfast was served at 10 today Sunday and consisted of egg curry with rise – yummie!
After the feeding, time to work! This is a smaller porch just outside of our bedroom that has a nice shade before noon.
Contraption brought from Sweden to assist in this very specialised working process with a 1 kg spool of fishing line of 1 mm.
This is the smaller stuff – crocheted fishing line of 0.45 mm.
Joanna’s first art work was installed in the pomegranate tree and has the working title “Triangular thoughts for a Tree”.
It started raining again at noon so Joanna was working inside the whole afternoon, finding a spot in the hallway.
As it is Sunday, we make our own food and here are Nidhis delicious pakoras.
Ned will be making these next Sunday too, supervised by Nidhi. Tony will try to be around and learn the secrets behind those small marvels.
Nidhi and Tony was then making dinner, as the two chickens had finally arrived. Meat for the first time in more than a week!
Waiting for the chicken to be done, the rain stopped, the sun was setting and layers of mountains in the fog presented a different sense of distance
